TMC 2026 Registration
Information
The Texas Mission Council (TMC) hosts one mission conference per year. The 2026 conference will be held at the Mexican American Catholic College (MACC) in San Antonio, Texas Friday February 20 at 6 pm, through Sunday February 22 at 11:30 am.

How to register:
Registration is a 2 step process:
Step 1: Fill out the "Online Registration Form" below and clicking submit. Deadline for registering is Tuesday 2-6-26 (so we can make room assignments and food arrangements). Please use the open text field to let us know if you have food allergies or other accommodation requests. Couples need to register and pay separately.
Step 2: Conference payment is by PayPal/ Credit card. Free conference admission for university students and seminarians, though you must register and pay for food service if you are eating with us.

2. TMC 2026 Registration Type Choices and Payment
Single Room ($170), registration ($95), and meals ($60)
Total: $325
This is registration for the full conference, for one person, if you are in a single room alone.
Rooms cannot be reserved through the TMC web site after 2/6. Please contact the MACC directly for room availability.
Double Room ($150), registration ($95), and meals ($60) (per person)
Total: $305
This is registration for the full conference for one person. Please let us know the name of the other person that is also registering for a double room that will be staying with you. FYI, most of the double rooms share a bathroom with the neighboring room.

You may also reserve your own hotel room nearby and register for the conference and meals only.
If you book your own hotel room, you still need to register for the conference and conference meals (see below).
